C. S. Nadagouda feels that his primary duty is to oversee the development of schools and colleges. According to him, its foundation is the idea that educational institutions ought to pinpoint their areas of weakness and make adjustments in order to improve student performance.
The development work in the sphere of education is listed below:
1. Urdu Minority School opened at Nalathwad was constructed for the benefit of minority community.
2. At an estimated cost of Morarji School Complex constructed at Nalthwad, Ghalapuji, Talikoti, Tamadaddi, Minority Morarji School at Muddebihal.
3. BCM Hostel was constructed at Nalatwad, Muddebihal and Talikoti.
4. Rani Chennamma Residental School at Jammaladinni Village.
5. Kasturba Residential School at Dhavalagi Village.
6. District Residential Collage for SC & ST’s in Muddebihal at Cost of 30 Crore.
7. Government Degree College in Muddebihal Town.
8. Government ITI Colleges at Muddebihal and Nalatwad.
9. Government PU Colleges at Rakkasagi, Talikoti, Muddebihal, and Basarakod have been started.
10. Government High School at Muddebihal, Tangadagi, Rakkasagi.
11. District level Job fairs were held in Talikoti and Muddebihal which helped youths in getting employments.
